A client came to us directly as he urgently needed a bridging loan to repay an existing bridging loan he had, otherwise he would have incurred large penalties.
The client originally had a development site of 5 detached properties which was around 50% complete (funded using his own cash) and needed a lender to input cash towards the completion, the client went direct to a bridging loan company (who we will not name) and took a 9 month bridge of £380k (net) on a rate of 1.8%
